BookyFlow Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for BookyFlow purchases and annual subscriptions provided by Net 'n' Design, Pergamou 124, 26226 Patra, Greece, VAT ID EL045904150 ("Net 'n' Design", "we", "us" or "our").
BookyFlow is sold through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for BookyFlow transactions.
1. BookyFlow Subscription Model
Paid BookyFlow plans are annual subscriptions.
An annual subscription provides access to the applicable BookyFlow software updates and the level of technical support associated with the selected plan for one year.
The purchase of a BookyFlow subscription also grants the customer the applicable perpetual software license described in the BookyFlow Terms of Service.
The subscription and the software license are separate rights:
the software license is perpetual, subject to the BookyFlow Terms of Service; and
the subscription provides updates and subscription-based support for the applicable Subscription Period.
Cancellation or expiration of a subscription does not, by itself, terminate the perpetual license.
2. Cancellation of an Annual Subscription
You may cancel your BookyFlow subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents the subscription from automatically renewing for another annual period.
When you cancel, your current subscription remains active until the end of the current paid Subscription Period. You will continue to receive the updates and support included in your plan until that date.
After the current Subscription Period ends:
no further subscription payment will be taken;
access to subscription-based updates will end; and
access to subscription-based support will end.
Your perpetual license to use the BookyFlow software versions covered by your license will remain in accordance with the BookyFlow Terms of Service.
3. How to Cancel
Subscriptions purchased through Paddle can be cancelled through the Paddle customer portal using the subscription management link provided in your Paddle transaction or subscription emails.
You may also request cancellation through Paddle's buyer support service.
Paddle's current process allows customers to cancel a subscription with effect from the end of the current billing period, preventing further subscription charges.
4. Refunds
BookyFlow does not provide a general money-back guarantee or a discretionary refund for unused time remaining in an annual subscription.
Accordingly, cancelling an annual subscription does not normally result in a refund of the unused portion of the current Subscription Period.
However, nothing in this Policy excludes or restricts any refund, withdrawal, cancellation or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Where a refund is required by applicable law or is otherwise available under Paddle's applicable Refund Policy, the applicable right will apply.
Paddle's current Refund Policy states that transactions are generally non-refundable unless a refund is required by applicable law, a statutory withdrawal or refund right applies, or Paddle otherwise approves a refund.
5. Statutory Consumer Rights
If you purchase BookyFlow as a consumer, you may have statutory rights under the laws applicable to your country of residence.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit those rights.
For example, Paddle's current Refund Policy provides specific rules for consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, including statutory withdrawal rights that may apply to certain digital content and service transactions.
Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this Policy.
6. Digital Software
BookyFlow is digital software that may be made available for download, installation or use following purchase.
Where applicable law permits the withdrawal right for digital content to be waived after the customer expressly consents to immediate access or use, the relevant consent may be obtained through the Paddle checkout process.
Paddle's applicable terms and Refund Policy determine how such statutory rights are handled for transactions processed through Paddle.
7. Refund Requests
Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for BookyFlow transactions, refund requests for purchases processed through Paddle should normally be submitted through Paddle.
Customers can request assistance with refunds and transactions through Paddle's buyer support service at paddle.net or through the support link included in their Paddle receipt or account billing information.
Paddle's Refund Policy determines the applicable process and eligibility for refunds.
8. Product Problems
If BookyFlow is materially defective, unavailable as described, or otherwise fails to conform to applicable legal requirements, please contact us through the BookyFlow Contact Form so that we can investigate the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have in relation to defective, faulty or incorrectly described digital products.
9. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you believe that you have accidentally purchased the same BookyFlow plan more than once, please contact us as soon as possible through the BookyFlow Contact Form.
We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, coordinate with Paddle regarding any applicable refund.
10. Failed Renewal Payments
If an annual subscription renewal payment cannot be completed, Paddle may attempt to recover the payment in accordance with its applicable billing processes.
If the renewal remains unpaid, the subscription may expire or be cancelled, and access to subscription-based updates and support will end.
The perpetual software license remains subject to the BookyFlow Terms of Service.
11. Changes to a Subscription
Changing from one BookyFlow plan to another may be subject to the options and processes made available through Paddle.
Where a plan change involves a new purchase, renewal or additional charge, the applicable pricing and subscription terms will be presented before the transaction is completed.
12. Contact
For questions about BookyFlow, licensing, technical issues or a potential problem with the software, please contact Net 'n' Design through the BookyFlow Contact Form.
For transaction-specific refund requests or subscription cancellation requests, you may also contact Paddle through its buyer support service.

13. Relationship with the BookyFlow Terms of Service
This Policy forms part of the BookyFlow Terms of Service.
If there is any inconsistency between this Policy and mandatory applicable consumer protection law, the mandatory law will prevail.
